Hi, I’m Adrianna – I’m a certified life coach and author. For years, I believed happiness meant looking good and doing everything “right.”
I gave my time, energy, and heart to others—always smiling—yet inside, I felt lost. I didn’t know what I truly wanted or who I was underneath all the roles I was playing. Then something shifted.
I realized it was time to start living for myself—not out of selfishness, but out of love. The journey wasn’t easy. But step by step, as I learned to love myself deeply, I began to truly live. I didn’t just lose weight—I released the weight of expectations, of being who I thought I should be. I discovered the woman I always longed to be—full of life, passion, and peace.
Today, I walk beside women who are ready to come home to themselves—at their own pace, with support and gentleness. Because I know this truth: everything changes the moment you look in the mirror and say: “I’m ready to come back to me.” And if you’re reading this… maybe you’re ready too. Who I Help
Now, I guide women—especially those 40 and beyond—who feel stuck, unseen, or disconnected from their true selves. Women who’ve spent years taking care of everyone else, while their own desires faded into the background. Women who are ready to rediscover who they really are, and finally feel free, worthy, and alive.
How I Do It
Through transformational coaching, healing practices, and soul-led self-love tools, I create a safe, nurturing space for you to reconnect with your inner truth. We work together to uncover your desires, rewrite old stories, and build a life rooted in authenticity, joy, and self-worth.
